Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify me that your student will not be able to attend their tutoring session at least 24 hours before our appointment for a full refund. If our session is cancelled less than 24 hours before our session, I will refund half of the cost of your session (taking into account discounted rates).

Of course, if you or your student is experiencing an emergency, I will never charge a cancellation fee. 

This policy is only to reflect the fact that we both respect each other's time and that much preparation is required on my part for each and every session.

RESCHEDULING

If you want to reschedule your student's tutoring session by more than 30 minutes (before or after the previously agreed time), please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. 

Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that I can still conduct the session at the adjusted time you may request. 

I am not able to reschedule sessions with less than 24 hours notice. If you must cancel, half of the cost of your session (taking into account discounted rates) will be refunded. Otherwise, we will stick to the original time as best as we can.
