These policies are only to reflect the fact that we both respect each other's time and that much preparation is required on my part for each and every session :)
Keep in mind that my business is subscription based.
When you subscribe, you agree that your student and I will most likely work together once or twice a week monthly. I will not be able to carry over unused sessions to the next month.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
If you have to cancel, I am always happy to try to reschedule your student's session for you! I am only able to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice.Â
With less than 24 hours notice, the session will, unfortunately, go unused that month.
NO-SHOWS
If your student doesn't show up for our session 15 minutes after our scheduled time, I consider that a "no-show". In that situation, the session will go unused.
IF I CANCEL...
I will try to reschedule the session for you. If that's not possible, you will be issued a full refund for that session.
Your monthly subscription can be cancelled or paused anytime depending on your circumstances.
There are no refunds for any sessions purchased with Heartland funds. Sessions may be able to be rescheduled based on availability.
