Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

These policies are only to reflect the fact that we both respect each other's time and that much preparation is required on my part for each and every session :)

Of course, in the event of an emergency, I will never charge a cancellation or no-show fee. 

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify me that your student will not be able to attend their tutoring session at least 24 hours before our appointment. If our session is cancelled less than 24 hours before our session, I will deduct half of a session from your student's paid sessions.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding your specific situation!

RESCHEDULING

If you want to reschedule your student's tutoring session by more than 30 minutes (before or after the previously agreed time), please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. 

Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that I can still conduct the session at the adjusted time you may request. 

I am not able to reschedule sessions with less than 24 hours notice. If you must cancel, half of a session will be deducted from your student's paid sessions. Otherwise, we will stick to the original time as best as we can.

NO-SHOWS

If your student doesn't join our Zoom meeting 15 minutes after our scheduled time without any notice, I consider that a "no-show".

In cases like this, similar to my cancellation policy, I will deduct half a session from your student's paid sessions.
